ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ.๒๕๖๗

ข้าพเจ้า รองศาสตราจารย์อนันต์ มโนมัยพิบูลย์ อธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยนวมินทราธิราช ขอประกาศนโยบายไม่รับของขวัญและของกำนัลทุกชนิดจากการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ (No Gift Policy) และขอประกาศเจตนารมณ์ของผู้บริหารและผู้ปฏิบัติงานในมหาวิทยาลัยทุกคนว่า มหาวิทยาลัยนวมินทราธิราช เป็นหน่วยงานที่ผู้บริหารและผู้ปฏิบัติงานในมหาวิทยาลัยไม่รับของขวัญและของกำนัลทุกชนิดจากการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ (No Gift Policy) ทั้งในก่อน ขณะ และหลังการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ และการรับนั้นจะส่งผลให้เกิดการทุจริตและประพฤติมิชอบทั้งในปัจจุบันและอนาคต โดยร่วมกันสร้างวัฒนธรรมสุจริตให้เกิดขึ้นในองค์กร ปลูกและปลุกจิตสำนึก สร้างทัศนคติ ค่านิยมที่ดีในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ให้สามารถคิดแยกแยะระหว่างผลประโยชน์ส่วนตนและผลประโยชน์ส่วนรวมออกจากกันได้อย่างเป็นอัตโนมัติ และมีฐานความคิดที่คิดถึงประโยชน์ส่วนรวมของประชาชนมากกว่าประโยชน์ส่วนตน มีจิตสาธารณะ ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ราชการอย่างถูกต้อง โปร่งใส เป็นธรรม และไม่เลือกปฏิบัติ ไม่กระทำการอันเป็นการขัดกันระหว่างผลประโยชน์ส่วนบุคคลกับประโยชน์ส่วนรวม ไม่รับทรัพย์สินหรือประโยชน์อื่นใดอันอาจคำนวณเป็นเงินได้จากผู้ใด นอกเหนือจากทรัพย์สินหรือประโยชน์อันควรได้ตามกฎหมาย กฎ หรือข้อบังคับที่ออกโดยอาศัยอำนาจตามบทบัญญัติแห่งกฎหมาย เว้นแต่เป็นการรับทรัพย์สินหรือประโยชน์อันอื่นใดโดยธรรมจรรยา ตามหลักเกณฑ์และจำนวนที่คณะกรรมการ ป.ป.ช. กำหนด รวมถึงการปฏิบัติตนตามมาตรฐานทางจริยธรรมของเจ้าหน้าที่ของรัฐ และแนวทางการปฏิบัติการให้หรือรับของขวัญหรือประโยชน์อื่นใดของเจ้าหน้าที่ของรัฐทุกตำแหน่งและทุกระดับของมหาวิทยาลัยนวมินทราธิราช ตลอดจนกฎหมาย ระเบียบ และมติคณะรัฐมนตรีที่เกี่ยวข้องอย่างเคร่งครัด เพื่อให้มหาวิทยาลัยนวมินทราธิราช ปลอดจากการทุจริตและประพฤติมิชอบ

Announcement of Navamindradhiraj University
Subject: Policy of Not Accepting All Kinds of Presents and Gifts
from Performing Duties (No Gift Policy)
Fiscal Year 2024

I, Associate Professor Anan Manomaipiboon, President of Navamindradhiraj University (NMU), hereby declare the Policy of Not Accepting All Kinds of Presents and Gifts from Performing Duties (No Gift Policy) and state the intention of all NMU’s executives and employees to pledge that Navamindradhiraj University is an agency whose executives and employees do not accept all kinds of presents and gifts from performing duties, either before, during and after performing our duties which would cause corruption and misconduct at the present and in the future. In compliance with the pledge NMU’s executives and employees shall create an integrity organization culture, build attitude and good value in performing duties with the consciousness to separate personal interests from public interests automatically as well as cultivate mindset and public mind to adhere to public interest. NMU’s executives and employees shall perform our duties with transparency, fairness and non - discrimination and must not be doing any acts which would be the conflict of interests between personal and public interests. NMU’s executives and employees shall not accept assets or any other benefits from any persons which may be calculated in monetary value other than the legitimate assets or benefits derived under the law, rules or regulations issued by virtue of the provisions of law, with the exception of the acceptance of the assets or any other benefits on the ethical basis in accordance with the criteria and amount as prescribed by the NACC. NMU’s executives and employees shall strictly adhere to ethical standard of state officials and the NMU’s guidance of giving or receiving gifts of all positions and levels as well as relevant law, regulations and cabinet resolutions in order to make NMU free from corruption and misconduct.
